Leah Montez

President

Leah serves as President of CCAAP and is active in her church, the Lewisville Education Foundation, LISD schools, and the DFW Metro NAACP Chapter. She brings healthcare leadership experience and a long-standing commitment to volunteer service.

Johnny Foster

VP, Public Relations

Johnny serves as VP of Public Relations. He is an electrical engineer and business owner with more than 40 years of experience in microchip design, technical leadership, and custom technology solutions.

Wyetta Robinson-Oquendo

VP, Membership

Wyetta serves as VP of Membership. A retired New York City Transit Authority bus operator and former school board and PTA volunteer, she brings a strong parent and community perspective to CCAAP.

Alicia Bellow

VP, Education

Alicia serves as VP of Education and brings teaching experience from Irving ISD and Lewisville ISD. She is passionate about representation, advocacy, and helping every student feel seen and valued.

Mark Malone

Treasurer

Mark serves as Treasurer and is a long-time Lewisville community leader. He has been involved with CCAAP for many years and helps support the organization's stewardship and continuity.

Candice Fleming

VP, Community Relations

Candice serves as VP of Community Relations. A healthcare business analyst and parent, she joined CCAAP to build community, engage with schools, and support students and families in Lewisville ISD.

April Langford

Liaison, Community Relations

April serves as Liaison for Community Relations. A charter member of CCAAP and former Executive Board member, she has supported PTA, booster clubs, charitable efforts, the Marcus Black History Club, and Marcus Mentors.

Vernell Gregg

Founding Member

Vernell is a founding member and lifelong educator. She believes learning should be lifelong and brings experience in teaching, family life education, and student encouragement to CCAAP.

Antonio Montez

Technology and Social Media

Antonio leads technology and social media for CCAAP. He brings more than 25 years of information technology leadership, including experience in support, training, project management, quality assurance, and service management.
